Multifunctional Climate Chamber

1. Capable of simulating natural growth environment conditions for plants and conducting durability tests on building materials and structures under harsh environmental conditions;

8. Light source modules: Red-blue spectrum light sources, full-spectrum light sources, waterproof rating: IP68;

9. Fresh air system: The chamber is equipped with an air circulation system with controllable wind speed from 0 to 3 m/s and adjustable wind direction angles such as vertical and parallel;

10. Dual redundant independent touchscreen control systems, each with a data acquisition module. Both systems can independently control the climate environment within partitions or simultaneously execute algorithmic cross-control to simulate complex climate environments;

11. Users can define no less than 100 test programs, each containing 99 configuration commands. Test programs and configuration commands allow arbitrary setting of parameters such as time, jumps, loops, and cross-operation;

12. Dynamic coordinated variation programming control for multiple parameters such as temperature, humidity, and wind speed using trigonometric functions (sine curve simulation), rectangular, and linear change modes, also enabling constant-value tests for related parameters;

13. The control system includes climate data for more than five cities (user-specified), allowing one-click data retrieval for climate simulation tests of relevant cities during experiments;

14. Upon test initiation, the system automatically generates independent files, enabling real-time storage and display of historical data and curves. Users can set time and data coordinates for curves for convenient viewing, with additional curve selection functionality allowing users to set which curves to display based on test requirements;

15. The climate chamber features removable stainless steel insulated partitions, enabling physical isolation of the simulation chamber into two independently operable zones for versatile use;

16. The temperature control system employs dynamic heating methods to prevent localized high temperatures, accompanied by independently operating digital temperature control modules to ensure long-term safe operation;

17. Equipped with power-off program memory, automatically restarting and resuming program execution after power restoration;

18. Constructed with stainless steel inner panels and embossed anti-skid floor plates, offering corrosion resistance, anti-slip properties, wear resistance, and a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 tons;

19. The refrigeration system utilizes imported fully sealed refrigeration compressors, characterized by high stability, low noise, and long service life;

20. Built-in dual-channel self-draining device enabling autonomous drainage to prevent backflow;

21. Protection devices: Over-temperature protection, water shortage protection, phase sequence protection, high-pressure protection, etc.;

22. A metrology qualification certificate issued by a metrology unit must be provided during equipment acceptance.
